Dr. Jan Schwaab

Dr. Jan Schwaab has been the head of the company-wide knowledge management of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) since 2004. He advises the GIZs management and partner companies in the development of organizational learning processes. Within his responsibility the GIZ attained various awards for its knowledge management. Recently he assumed the management of the developmental political alumni programmes of the GIZ.

Beyond that Jan Schwaab is a consultant with a focus on environment and transport politics. In this capacity he runs various projects for the GIZ and coordinated the "International action programme for renewable energies" at the international ministerial conference "renewables2004".
