Lara Heeß studied educational science (M.A.) with a focus on adult and continuing education, organizational development, quality assurance and empirical social research. Already during her studies at the Free University of Berlin she worked as a freelance trainer with children, adolescents and young adults and was involved in the development of a qualification program for doctoral students in teacher training. Most recently, she worked at the Technical University of Central Hesse in university didactics for the implementation of problem-based learning and in coaching for university teachers. In an honorary capacity, she is involved in environmental protection at Bergwaldprojekt e.V. and anticipates - if there is time - everything that has to do with forests, soil conservation or sociological organizational development.
Since October 2021, Lara Heeß has been working as a research assistant at the chair, currently as project coordinator in the FoLD project.
