Since 2016 Philipp Schrauth is a research associate and a Doctoral Student at the Chair of Public Economics. He studied Governance and Public Policy at the University of Passau as well as at the Universidad Centroamereicana José Simeón Cañas, El Salvador. He successfully absolved his Masters' in Public Economics at the Freien Universität Berlin. While studying Philipp Schrauth gained experiences as a Student Assistant at the German Institute for Economic Research. Before joining the Chair of Economics, Philipp Schrauth worked as a Research Assistant at the Statistical Office Berlin-Brandenburg. From 2016 to 2019, he was a member of the DFG research project "Economic Analysis of Green Cities".
