The university has an offer for students who had to flee Ukraine due to the war, but want to continue their studies online and therefore need a workspace.

In order to follow your studies digitally, you will receive an UP Conference Account, which you can apply for quickly and free of charge at the International Office.

To pick up your access voucher, please make an appointment by email Madeleine Barisch, madeleine.barischuni-potsdamde (Campus Neues Palais, Building 8, Room 0.42).

With this account you can use the digital network of the university.

The university libraries are open to you as well as the canteens of the Studentenwerk Potsdam on the three campuses.

Between 11 am - 3 pm you can get a free lunch. Outside of lunch hours, you can use the canteen halls as workstations. The other public student workstations are also available for your use.

You are also very welcome to use the libraries for your research. You do not have to register for this. You can use printed media on site, the digital media on the available computers or on your terminal device via the UP network. (Registration is only necessary if you want to use the lending service. For this purpose, please bring a current proof of residence).
