Benjamin Jadkowski is a research assistant at the Chair of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (IME) at the University of Potsdam. His research interests concern the field of futures studies and strategic foresight. Specifically he focusses on personality related aspects of future oriented thinking and applying futures studies methods to questions regarding sustainable urban mobility matters.
After finishing his Bachelor of Health in Amsterdam in 2010, he gained professional experience in the health sector as well as in youth and adult educational work. 2014/15 he completed a one year program at the HPI School of Design Thinking. Since then he consults on behalf of several Berlin agencies (e.g. The Dark Horse, Zero360, Intraprenör) organisations with a focus on Design Thinking and agile project management. 2016-19 he did his masters in futures studies at the Free University of Berlin. In this context he already worked for the Innovationhub for Mobility and Societal Change (InnoZ),the Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment (IZT) and several corporations.
