Frederik Kraft was a research assistant and a PhD candidate at the University of Potsdam - Chair of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (IME) from 2014 - 2017. Afterwards he started working for a renowned Innovation Consultancy as a strategic and innovation designer. He studied Business Administration at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (B.Sc.), Business Information Systems at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (M.Sc.) and Design Strategy at the Copenhagen Business School (Semester Abroad). As a student visiting researcher he stayed at Silicon Valley from November 2016 to February 2017.
His research focuses on creativity in start-ups. He studies how creativity can be fostered in start-ups and how this can be anchored in the corporate culture. On July 29th 2018 Frederik Kraft defended his dissertation on the topic "Be Creative, Now! The Paradox of Freedom in Organizations" magna cum laude.
