Technology

In many of our projects, we have to work with degraded DNA, either from museum specimens such as skins or skeleton or fossil bones and teeth. Therefore, we also work on technical developments of the individual steps in obtaining DNA sequences from the extraction of DNA to library construction and hybridization capture.
