Academic Background 

Claudia Lehmann studied English and Linguistics at the University of Leipzig and Potsdam. She received her PhD in English Linguistics from the University of Osnabrück. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Edinburgh and had a Postdoc position at the University of Bremen. Her main research focus is on constructional analyses from a multimodal perspective. More specifically, she explores the relation between grammatic, prosodic, and visual constructions in spoken English.
