Children's birthday parties

Booking and terms of payment:

• The enquiry for the birthday must be made at least two weeks before the planned date.
• Children's birthday parties can only take place at weekends.
• The children's birthday party offer only applies to status groups 1-3.
• Payment is made online via a payment request from the Academic Sports Center.
• If a deposit of 50% has been agreed, the deposit must be paid within three working days. The remaining payment is to be made 10 days before the event with the same purpose.
• Cancellation of the event is free of charge up to 10 days before the event, up to 3 days before the event 50% of the event costs will be charged. Cancellations within 3 days of the event will be charged 75% of the event costs. This does not apply to weather-related cancellations by the Academic Sports Center.
• Association For Funding Academic Sports Potsdam guarantees the full functionality of the materials used. The instructions of the instructors must be followed at all times.

Duty of supervision and insurance cover:

• Duty of supervision: The responsibility for all minors lies with the inviting parents or legal guardians and is transferred to them individually by the parents or legal guardians who are not present.
• Accident and liability of instructors: The instructors are insured by the Academic Sports Center.
• Accident and liability for participants: Participating children are to be considered exclusively privately insured in the event of accidents. (further information in the conditions of participation).
