Nina Reiners is a Political Scientist, specialized in International Relations and International Law. She is a member of the interdisciplinary Berlin-Potsdam research group “International Rule of Law – Rise or Decline?” and associated researcher with the Global Governance Centre at The Graduate Institute Geneva.
She received her PhD from Potsdam in 2017 with “summa cum laude” and her dissertation was recognized as first finalist for the ISA Human Rights Best Dissertation Award 2019 and won the United Nations Association of Germany (DGVN) Best Dissertation Award.
Nina held visiting research and teaching positions at the Universidad de Complutense in Madrid, the University of San Diego, and The Graduate Institute Geneva. Her research received funding from the Fritz Thyssen Foundation and the German Academic Exchange Service.
