It was a special honor for Potassco that Torsten Schaub was invited to speak. In his presentation, "Bridging the Gap: Foundedness, Defaults, and Expressivity in Constraint Answer Set Programming," he demonstrated how the strengths of Answer Set Programming (ASP) and Constraint Programming (CP) can be combined to solve complex problems with greater flexibility and power.
For us, this invitation is a strong indication that research and technologies from the Potassco ecosystem are gaining international recognition while simultaneously laying the groundwork for practical solutions in industry and the business world.
