Historisches Institut: Peacekeeping in the Horn of Africa

Dr. Lotze has almost two decades of experience in international relations, diplomacy, peace processes, conflict management, and peacekeeping, and is currently serving as Senior Advisor to the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia. He will provide insights into his work and discuss UN reports on countries of interest in the Horn of Africa, specifically Sudan, South Sudan, and Somalia, as well as reporting from the Horn of Africa Envoy to the Security Council.
