Family Café for students with care responsibilities

You are a student from another country and you came with your family to Germany?

This winter term 2022-23, we open our family café in English language and explicitly invite international students with care responsibilities.

When: The café will open its (virtual) doors every Friday from 12 to 1 pm – between October 21, 2022 and February 24, 2023 (with a break between December 10 and January 12).

Where is it about? You’ll get the chance for open exchance and getting to know other students in a similar situation. Moreover, we discuss several topics which are important for reconciling studying and family needs.

This Friday there is a chance for questions about arriving at home in the new country: how do you find an affordable, suitable apartment here? Where does someone find the furniture and equipment? What does my neighbourhood offer me?

Location: This café is virtual – we meet online.
