B03: Modellierung der Interaktion von Blicksteuerung und syntaktischer Verarbeitung

Dieses Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, mathematische bzw. komputationelle Modelle zu entwickeln, um zu untersuchen, wie sich Prozesse der Blickbewegungskontrolle und der natürlichen Sprachverarbeitung (parsing) gegenseitig beeinflussen und zusammenwirken. Mit Hilfe neuer experimenteller Designs und einem integrierten Modellierungsansatz werden wir zu klären versuchen, wie die dynamische Interaktion von Teilprozessen (visuelle Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit, Parsing, sensomotorische Kontrolle) die experimentell beobachtete Variabilität zwischen Versuchsteilnehmern und unter variierenden Aufgabenanforderungen generiert.
