Sc. European Master in Clinical Linguistics“ (EMCL+). Sie studierte an der Universität Ostfinnland, der Universität Groningen (Niederlande) und der Universität Potsdam. Monica absolvierte ein Praktikum am Center for Language and Brain der Higher School of Economics (Russland). Dort verfasste sie ihre Masterarbeit zum Thema “The contribution of the motor and auditory cortex in the processing of action and sound verbs” unter der Betreuung von Dr. Adrià Rofes (Universität Groningen) und Dr. Olga Dragoy (Center for Language and Brain HSE).
