Dr. Sebastian Fuchs is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Potsdam and the module leader for ‘Human Resource Management: Enhancing Performance in the Workplace’ and ‘Organizational Behavior: Understanding People in the Workplace’. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from King’s College London, a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Middlesex University. In his current role as Mercer’s Head of Workforce Advisory Practice IMETA and Head of Abu Dhabi, Dr. Fuchs advises clients on HR strategy development and implementation, HR transformation, talent management, organization design and change management. Prior to be working as a HR Consultant, Dr. Fuchs was a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Middlesex University in London.
