Purpose of the processing

Your personal data is processed for the execution of the workshop „IdeenConverter“ on October, 2th, 2019. Additionally and depending on your consent, your e-mail address may be used in order to provide you with information about further offers of Potsdam Transfer in the form of a newsletter.

Legal basis

The legal basis for data processing related to the workshop “IdeenConverter” is provided by Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter e GDPR in conjunction with Section 14 subsection 9 of the Brandenburg Higher Education Act (BbgHG). For the use of your e-mail address in order to provide you with information about further offers of Potsdam Transfer in the context of a newsletter, we need your consent. The legal basis in this respect is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR.

 

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of personal data in the future, at any time and without reason. The revocation of your permission does not affect the legality of processing that has taken place with your permission up to the time of revocation.

Duration of data collection

Your data will be deleted after the event.

 

Transmission of data to third parties

Your data will be transmitted to the transfer and startup-service of the University of Potsdam.

 

Right to withdrawal:

You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and additional information (right of access).
You also have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data. If the legal requirements of Art. 17 or 18 GDPR are met, you are also entitled in principle to the erasure of your personal data or to a restriction of processing. Please note that restricted processing of the data may not be possible. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR). Furthermore, you may object to the processing under the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR.
