4th COST-LocRef PhD-Training School in Potsdam (13.09. – 17.09.2016) – Call for Applications
This years’ COST Action LocRef PhD-Training School will take place in Potsdam, Germany, in September (13.09 – 17.09.2016).

This 4th COST Action “LocRef” PhD-Training School is dedicated to the theme “Contested Administrations – Challenged Politics: Addressing Wicked Problems at Local, National, and International Levels of Government”. The Training School will take place in Potsdam, Germany from September 13 -17, 2015 . Local organizers are Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuhlmann and Christian Schwab. Our cooperation partners from EURA/EUROLOC are Prof. Dr. Angelika Vetter and Prof. Dr. Henk van der Kolk.
The COST Action ‘LocRef’ offers a grant to 25 participants to (co-)finance their expenditures. The grant will be a lump sum of 500.- € for participants from outside Germany. Grants for participants from Germany will not be possible. Application deadline is June 30, 2016. A possibility to earn a certificate of attendance is also guaranteed.
